How to celebrate like no one's watching!
How to celebrate like no one's watching!
~when you feel like you're not enjoying your life enough and searching how to be happy we got your back~
We often fail to appreciate and value our own lives. We tend to remember everyone's birthday but when it comes to self love we take a step back. We hesitate, "Maybe next time? There's lot on plate now."
So put a full stop and carve on your hearts to be that same lighhearted, bubbly and childish version of you as a happy child!
1. Identify the core reason of your sadness.

Maybe you aren't in the need of those new shoes, you are in fact just filling the absence of your loneliness by buying it. You're just dating a jerk/witch just because you can't help to live without the idea of love. You might be procrastinating too much because you never knew the power of your passion in your work or there's no interest left.
- When you decipher the reason, try to make a habit by avoiding the reason of sadness. For e.g. Cut negative and toxic people from your social media feed. Don't meet that person romantically which you never want to date.
- Go on a observation mode and step as a observant. Be a doer and be expressive. Don't deal with discount coupons if you end up buying more than necessary. Set an alarm every 45 minutes to resume to your goal.
- Participate. Be that wild soul you always wanted to be. Be that guy who's charismatic and wins every high fives. Be that girl who's Hermione Granger but also a great fitness freak. Who knows who are you until you discover who are you!
2. If you're under these, Quit please!
Happiness was never found in cigarettes and beer bottles. No-one finds flame with crap and dumps. If you are into alcohol, smoking or drugs use or substance abuse. Please consider going a rehab and a counselling therapy. Giving your life to these things either result in death or misery. Take care before someone else has to.
- Alcohol can reduce communication between your brain and your body. This makes coordination more difficult. This area of the brain is responsible for emotional control, short-term memory, and judgement, in addition to other vital roles. Chronic and severe alcohol abuse can also cause permanent brain damage. www.healthline.com
- Cigarette smoking causes more than 480,000 deaths each year in the United States. This is nearly one in five deaths.Smoking causes about 90% (or 9 out of 10) of all lung cancer deaths. More women die from lung cancer each year than breast cancer.
3. Have a great treat!
Maybe ordering pizzas surfing through your PJs on a couch is a bad idea but going on a solo or self treat is completely okay! Most among us feel sense of excitement after dining out. Go to that sushi park, that bachelorette favourite restaurant, those tacos or if you're on diet go for diet friendly foodstuffs which are both rich in fibre and taste.
Brain boosting foods:
- Fruits : Kiwi, Strawberry, Gooseberry, Plums, Cherry, BlackBerry, Pomegranate, Orange.
- Nuts : Almonds, Walnuts, Black current.
- Vegetables: Battleground, Bittergourd, Broccoli.
- Oils : Gapeseed Oil, Olive Oil, Til Oil, Rice Bran Oil.
4. R.E.A.D. Insightful books
Nobody can move a cold blooded heart except few kind words. Sweet words can unlock the hardest of hearts. Books makes a person, more audible to the signs of his surroundings. Read books and apply. Knowledge is stationary but action is power. Inaction of any knowledge is a stagnant water.
Who wants to rot in their own nerves of their own brains? Not my dine.
Reading has a beneficiary effects on the subconscious mind and at conscious level. If you don't get 100% what that psychology book says atleast you get 65% in your head? That's legit enough for a beginner!
The more, the merrier! Fiction, Non Fiction, Self help, Health catalogues, Magazines, Journals, Thesis Papers, Fast Facts are the floating universe for your brain.
Ready to live in this sorted pathway for adrenaline rush? Pick the one you like!
5. Celebrate by going somewhere else where you haven't gone before!

The diary entry when I was ready to celebrate like no one's watching where I realised that I've lost something which I never had. Go to few places of serenity and peace. Take that walk mesmerizing by nostalgia. Forget. Forget who left you shattered in smithereens. Probably, you'll move on. Time is a great healer but it can't heal wounds which are bandaged by you.
Open your cracked heart. The healing heart, the broken heart, the jumping heart, the ever reverberating heart. Open it to new magic.

Go find your day. Find that trail. Who knows? Nobody knows. Only you get to decide whether you'll be happy as whole or in bits and pieces.

My 2 Cents:
I feel happiness is an inside job. Whether you let yourself influence by other actions, people, things or not. You need to have a thick skin regarding anything personal in your life. You can't be always guarded and mistakes happen. Mistakes are inevitable. Love is whimsical and temperamental. Only the cynical will feel sorry for it. Although few impressions and incidences leave a darker blueprint on our soul but we need to rise.
